Shipping Policy

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us at askelizabeth@outlook.com.au Australian Shipping All parcels will be delivered via Courier or Australian post (dropped at your letterbox or door). If you have any issues please contact us at askelizabeth@outlook.com.au and we will help to resolve delivery issues.

 

Lost/stolen packages ASK ELIZABETH does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel.

Damaged packages: Please present the damaged item and the packaging at a Post Office for a damage report to be completed (only the person to whom the item is addressed can present the item). 

 

Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.
